Danish baker Sofie Wochner and Roman chef Domenico Cortese run this much-loved Ostiense brunch spot and micro-bakery on Via Giovanni da Empoli, where the house coffee line, Cicchi by Marigold, is developed with specialty roaster His Majesty the Coffee from ethically sourced Ethiopian, Costa Rican and Brazilian lots. Service ends at 3pm, which means breakfast and lunch are the entire proposition, and the open kitchen produces bread and pastries that compete with anything in the city.
