Oslo-born Fuglen's Asakusa outpost at 2-6-15 Asakusa occupies a two-story vintage-furnished space minutes from Senso-ji temple, open until 9 pm weekdays and 11 pm on weekends. The clean Nordic-style light roasts from Fuglen's Noborito roastery are complemented by Norwegian waffles and a cocktail menu that activates from evening. Like all Fuglen locations, the furniture and objects on display are for sale, making it as much a design shop as a café.
