Tom Pye, six years deep at Coffee Supreme, and Jordan McKenzie, ex Cornersmith and Cho Cho San, opened this sunny corner shop at 20 Cooper Street to make timeless sandwiches, house-baked goods and simple Australian food using native ingredients. Coffee Supreme supplies the beans, pulled with barista-grade care by someone who spent years at the sharp end of Sydney specialty. Wattleseed and kangaroo mortadella feature without irony.
