Kurasu Ebisugawa opened on Kyoto's famous furniture street in July 2020, designed as a living showroom for home-brew equipment alongside coffees roasted at the nearby Nishijin Roastery. Every drink is prepared using home-brew gear to demonstrate what customers can replicate at home, ranging from V60 to AeroPress. The light-filled space on Ebisugawa has become a touchstone for the international specialty community passing through Kyoto.
