La Viet is a Da Lat-origin roaster that plants, processes, roasts, and brews its own beans, bringing the full farm-to-cup chain to its District 3 shopfront at Alley 193, 191 Hai Ba Trung. The Di Linh and Cau Dat highland farms supply Arabica in light-to-dark roast profiles, all served via Kalita Wave pour-over or espresso. As a wholesale supplier to around ten specialty shops across the city, La Viet shapes the flavour profile of Saigon''s third wave more broadly than its modest retail footprint suggests.
