All coffee at Libertario traces back to Zipakon, Cundinamarca, where the La Palma y El Tucan farm and roughly one hundred neighboring families grow the lots. The Zona G flagship is a design-forward, elegant space with comfortable sofas and a garden that takes full advantage of Bogota''s year-round mild climate. The bar executes espresso and manual brews with equal precision, and regular events bring international barista champions to town.
