The original Loutsa flagship on Place Jules Guesde is where founder Guillaume Langloy built his handmade bar and installed a Diedrich roaster visible from the counter. All beans are 100 percent arabica, roasted daily on site, and organised by origin to reveal a clear aromatic palette without bitterness. Monthly workshops cover espresso, cold brew, and Chemex extraction for customers keen to learn. The navy Dalla Corte machine has become a neighborhood landmark.
