MiBa Artisanal Bakery

MiBa operates on Rua de Cedofeita with a focus on slow fermentation breads made from organic flour alongside drip filter coffee, a format still rare in Portugal. Pumpkin-based loaves, sweet buns and sourdough pastries fill the shelves early in the morning, and the Italian-style espresso and drip coffee are taken seriously.
