Described by European Coffee Trip as one of Madrid's most technically accomplished bars, Misión operates with precision-calibrated equipment and exclusively uses beans from Hola Coffee, the roaster co-founded by barista champion Pablo Caballero. The bakehouse program produces croissants and cakes baked on-site each morning. Located in the heart of Malasaña, it draws a devoted queue of regulars by 9am.
