Montag has been roasting specialty coffee in Istanbul since 2014 and established its own roasting facility in 2016. The Kadikoy flagship on Muvakkithane Caddesi is deliberately understated, above street level with a minimalist interior that keeps attention on the coffee. Additional locations operate in Moda and Bomonti. The espresso, flat white, and cortado consistently earn praise from local and visiting coffee enthusiasts.
