Established in 2018 by experienced baristas and competition veterans, Morgon roasts under the Kran 42 crane at Lindholmen on Anders Carlssons Gata 30. Their sourcing prioritises direct relationships with producers and the flavour profiles lean toward clarity and origin transparency. On the last Saturday of each month the roastery opens for a free public tasting session, which has become one of Gothenburg's best coffee rituals. Weekday visits for bean purchases are also possible Monday through Friday.
