Olympia Coffee opened its Seattle flagship in a restored 1920s corner building at Rainier and Edmunds in December 2024, bringing its nationally recognized direct-trade sourcing program to Columbia City in a 1,750-square-foot cafe and training facility. A Slayer Steam LP anchors the espresso bar while Kalita Wave pour-overs and FETCO batch brew handle filtered coffee, covering every preference.
