Overstand sources and roasts its own Thai lots with a traceable supply chain that links each bag to specific farming communities in the northern highlands. The Old City shop is a direct retail expression of this supply chain work, with staff who can speak in detail about the farms behind the current filter selection. The space is well-lit and unpretentious, built for a long stay rather than a fast pass. Cold brew is made in-house and represents good value relative to the quality on offer.
