Poketto occupies the former MacRobertson's chocolate factory at 1 Dangar Street in a 24-seat space with polished concrete floors and tall black-framed windows, serving Japanese-inspired cafe food alongside Sample Coffee. The mentaiko toast and carefully composed small plates have quickly earned a following well beyond the immediate neighbourhood. Sample Coffee supplies the beans, keeping provenance transparent throughout.
