Founded by Elias Sfeir with a roasting laboratory at Croix-Rousse, Rakwe has spread across Lyon with a distinct identity built around superfood lattes and artisanal espresso preparation. The Leynaud address on Rue Rene Leynaud doubles as a coworking space and micro-roasting workshop, where you can watch beans being processed a few metres from your flat white. ROK and Napoletana manual systems complement the main espresso bar.
