Roseline Coffee's flagship roastery and cafe at 321 NE Davis St was founded in 2011 with a commitment to juicy, Pacific Northwest-style roasting that emphasizes sweetness and balance over brightness. The Davis Street space functions as both roasting operation and public tasting room, giving visitors a direct line to freshly roasted coffee across espresso and filter formats. Roseline now operates locations across Portland, but the Davis original remains the heart of the brand.
