Originally rooted in Chamonix at the foot of Mont Blanc, Shouka arrived in Lyon in late 2023 as a bean-to-bar chocolatier and specialty coffee roaster in one. The Presqu'ile boutique on Rue de l''Ancienne Prefecture stocks over 16 coffee origins, all scoring a minimum 82 points on the specialty grading scale, alongside 25 handmade chocolate tablet recipes. Monthly cupping and discovery workshops run at the Lyon locations for those who want to sharpen their palate.
