Founded in 2015 by Francois Justet and Carmen Callizo, SlowMov was among Barcelona's first specialty roasteries and remains one of Gracia's most respected anchors. The micro-roastery on Carrer de Neptù crafts 100 percent Arabica lots using a slow, sustainable approach, with the full brew bar covering everything from V60 to French press. Beans are available to take home alongside an excellent cup.
