An original Meguro neighborhood roastery-café opened in 2013 by Masahiro Onishi, Switch Coffee occupies a residential street near the Meguro River where the roaster dominates the back of the small space. The menu is deliberately spare, focusing on a seasonal house espresso blend plus four rotating single-origin filter options, with no food or tea distractions. All roasting still happens here despite the brand expanding to Yoyogi-Hachiman and Nihonbashi.
