Italian-born Lorenzo started Tallat on three wheels in Cabanyal's beachside streets in 2019 before settling into a permanent space on Carrer de la Barraca. He roasts in small batches on two Aillio Bullet machines, dialing in precision that few cafes in Spain can match.
