Open since 2007 at 15 Souk Cherifia, Sidi Abdel Aziz, Terrasse des Epices was among the first open-air rooftop restaurants in the Medina to combine Moroccan and Mediterranean fusion cooking with genuine design sensibility and panoramic views. Koutoubia minaret and, on clear days, the Atlas Mountains frame the dining experience from the upper terrace. The kitchen is stronger than the coffee, but the overall atmosphere, the carved-wood screens, the low lighting at dusk, and the unhurried service make it a benchmark Medina evening destination.
