Roasting under the Common Greens label since 2018, Uncommon has built a following around sourcing lots that are unusual by variety, processing method, or origin story, and serves them from a quiet address on Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat in Oud West. A sister bar across the road handles extravagant pastries and evening service, giving the brand a dual identity rare in the Amsterdam specialty scene. Both locations reflect an aesthetic as considered as the coffee programme itself.
