Araku sources exclusively from biodynamic farms in India's Araku Valley and scores all coffees between 86 and 90 on the specialty scale. The Rue de Bretagne location, fully renovated in 2023 by architecture firm Delordinaire, uses natural materials and red clay surfaces in direct homage to the Indian coffee-producing regions. Six certified organic terroirs are guided by trained baristas in a serene, plant-lined setting.
