KB opened on Avenue Trudaine in South Pigalle in 2010 and began roasting its own beans two years later, making it one of the neighbourhood's founding specialty cafes. The terrace on the leafy avenue is among the most sought-after seats in the 9th on a sunny afternoon, and the in-house roasts span carefully sourced single-origins prepared as espresso and filter. A strong laptop-friendly culture makes it a daytime institution for the creative class of SoPi.
