A fourth-generation family coffee business rooted in Boquete since 1913, Kotowa grows Caturra, Typica, and award-winning Geisha on its high-altitude estate and brings the full farm-to-cup story to its Via Espana café in Panama City. The roastery has earned multiple first-place finishes at the Best of Panama competition including the Geisha Natural category, and the café menu reflects that precision with single-origin brews prepared to bring out each variety''s distinct character. It is one of the few places in the city where the farmer and the barista are part of the same family legacy.
