Opened in late 2023 on Via Tunisi near the Vatican Museums, LOVE pairs Aliena and rotating European specialty roasters with an exceptional laminated pastry program including Moon Love croissants filled with coffee pastry cream, pain suisse and matcha buns. The butter comes from Normandy's Isigny cooperative and the organic flour from Mulino Sobrino in Piedmont. Open Tuesday to Saturday mornings only.
