A second expression of the Faro-Aliena universe, tucked on Via delle Quattro Fontane just steps from Piazza Barberini. The room reads as a contemporary Roman design project, pairing carefully extracted Aliena single-origins with avocado toast, ondina pastries and a short brunch menu. Staff walk guests through the rotating bean roster with the same rigor as the mothership.
