A family-run neighbourhood bar at Piazza Mileto in Capannelle, transformed by young barista Federica Federico who has pursued professional specialty certifications and built a rotating bean program around Ditta Artigianale and HQ Specialty Coffee. V60, AeroPress and French press extractions sit alongside the classic espresso counter, making this one of the more serious specialty addresses on Rome's southern residential fringe. The credentials are genuine and the welcome is genuinely local.
