The patriarch of the Athens specialty scene, Taf has operated on Emmanouil Benaki 7 since 2009 under founder Yannis Taloumis, a two-time SCA Excellence Award recipient. Coffee is sourced exclusively through a direct-trade farm programme, with every espresso and pour-over traceable to origin. Many of Athens' competition baristas and cafe owners cut their teeth here, making it the city's de-facto coffee academy.
