Founded by Tasos Delichristos, 2007 Hellenic Barista Champion and 2008 World Coffee in Good Spirits winner, The Underdog operates from an industrial-chic multi-floor space on Iraklidon 8 in Thisio steps from the Acropolis. A dedicated brew bar showcases rare microlots including Panama Geisha and Ecuadorian Sidra alongside an extensive all-day brunch menu. The in-house roastery supplies both this flagship and a smaller Kypseli outpost.
